Job Description
A physician-owned, provider-led, multi-specialty group in Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley, is actively recruiting an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to assume a busy Family Medicine practice.
Practice Opportunity
- A collegial team including three physicians
- Family medicine practice without obstetrics
- Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 34 patient contact hours
- Minimal call, telephone call only
- Integrated Behaviorist embedded in the practice
- Ready access to sub-specialty care
- On-site laboratory services

Qualifications
- AANP or ANCC certified family or adult geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
- Experience independently managing a busy, outpatient primary care practice preferred
