- 4 10s and 1:6 call on weekends
- Clinical Details
- Patients per day: 20 - 25 patients per day on weekends. Number is dependent on consults requested by hospitalist
- Patient population/age: 18 up
- Department description: Gastroenterology is an Ambulatory Clinic that serves both outpatient and inpatient areas. Three of our APP's work on the inpatient unit and Three APPs on the outpatient unit. Both units share the weekend call that works directly with physicians. The APP usually will write notes on the patients being rounded on. In this position, the APP will not work independently from the physician

- $200 hotel clearance per night
- BC with GI knowledge
- Active WV license
- BLS
