Job Description
Locum Source Staffing is working with a facility in Philadelphia that is looking for a perm full time NP for their All-inclusive Elderly Care program.
DATES:
As soon as credentialed
Permanent opportunity
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
7am – 430pm
On call rotation
SETTING:
All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
EMR. Is TruChart
REQUIREMENTS:
ANCC/AANP Certification
Active Pennsylvania license
BLS & DEA
COVID & Flu Vaccinated
Facility will not accept new grads, experience is required.
Clean/Clear malpractice - preferred
EMR TruChart experience - preferred
