Job Description
Specialty accepted: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine NP or PA
Start date or shifts: ASAP – 90 day assignment with potential for reassignment
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (no 4x10s accepted)
Types of cases: Primary care procedures excluding wound care, psych, trach care
Ages: 65+
Additional information: 20-25 patients per day; Long Term Acute Care setting; EMR is Point Click Care with Dragon; support staff includes RN, CNA, LPN, DON and facility administrator; lodging, rental car, and mileage available; proof of COVID vaccination required
