Job Description

Great opportunity in Idaho Falls, ID for a Nurse Practitioner to perform Adult/Geri Primary Care in a clinic working for a private group.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
2+ yrs exp as NP required - Primary Care, Family Med, Internal Med, Gerontology, or Palliative Care exp.
Duties will include working in a clinic focused on comprehensive, ongoing patient care
Collaborate with Primary Care team to ensure completion of holistic patient care
Must have active ID medical license, active DEA, currently enrolled in Medicare and in good standing, have HCC coding exp, and have Annual Wellness Visits experience
40 hours a week - Mon-Fri 8a-5p
