Job Summary
- Position: Nurse Practitioner in Geriatric Medicine
- Compensation: Competitive salary

- Care Setting: Geriatric Medicine, outpatient and home visits
- Mission: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to frail and elderly populations
- Shift: Days, full-time daytime schedule
- Procedures: Comprehensive participant assessments, care plan management
- Patient Care: Focused on geriatric and frail populations
Key Requirements
- Licensure: Active NP License in North Carolina
- Certifications: Board Certified NP (ANCC or AANP), DEA, CDS, BLS
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years NP experience, preferably in long-term care
- Skills: Experience with frail/elderly populations
- Vaccination: Required
- On-Call: Participation in provider on-call rotation
