Medicus Healthcare Solutions is working with a leading facility in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide geriatric coverage. If you do not currently have a Philadelphia license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.
Opportunity Details:
-Dates: 04/13/2020-07/31/2020
- Shift: M-F onsite coverage between 3 nursing homes in Philadelphia, PA
- Average census: 6-7 per day
- Call: Rotating Weeknight (5pm-8am), weekday (8am-8am) only 5-6 per month PHONE CONSULT ONLY and done at PROVIDERS CHOICE
- Management of participants admitted to local nursing homes, minimum of monthly follow-ups of long term participants, minimum of weekly follow up of SNF participants, evaluations and treatment of acute issues for long term/SNF participants.
- Must be local to Philadelphia – mileage reimbursement is APPROVED
