· Lives currently in the greater SF Bay Area
· Experience with making house calls (home health or another program)
· Driving not an issue
· Permanent, salary position
· Enthusiastic, positive, team focused, loves geriatrics
· Current California NP License
· $130,000 p/yr
· Interested in practicing often on their ‘own’ (with phone consultations as needed) and working with MD remotely
· Interested in working to grow a renowned geriatric practice
