Kaiser Permanente - Lone Tree, CO
Client is open to either 5x8’s or 4x10’s weekly
JOB INFORMATION:
- Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster
- Specialty: Oncology/Hematology NP or PA
- Site Name and Location: Kaiser Permanente – Lafayette & Lone Tree
- Reason for coverage: Providing coverage with spike/shortage of staffing
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 3 Months with option to extend, as needed (Prefer 6 months)
- Practice Description:
- Setting: Clinic
- Daily Responsibilities: Clinic Patients – Oncology/Hematology – Bone Marrow Biopsies, Malignant and benign hematology patients, all oncology patients, no acute leukemia or high risk lymphoma patients. Adult only
- Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – Friday – 8:30-5:00 or 7:30-6:00
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
- PPD/Census: Estimated 10 patients per 8 hours – 12-13 for 10 hour day
- Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: RN, LVN’s, Physicians
- EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
