Overview:
Our established Hematology/Oncology practice on the East Side of Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a growing clinical team. Position Offers:

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or call requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients
• Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-up visits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Support quality patient outcomes through evidence-based clinical practice

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California
• Minimum of 1 year of Hematology/Oncology experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
