◊ Procedures/Cases Required: Non-Clinical/Non Diagnosing/Non-Prescribing – Assessment Only
◊ Support Staff: SOLO
◊ Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: N/A
◊ EMR: Assessments done on Tablet/IPAD
REQUIREMENTS:
◊ Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): No
◊ Education Requirements (particular Residencies, particular Fellowships, etc.): NP or MD/DO only; not currently contracted for PA.
◊ Board Certified Required: No
