Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) locum assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role provides comprehensive care to elderly patients within a clinic-based and community-focused healthcare model.

Clinical Scope
- Primary care management
- Preventive care
- Urgent care services
- Assessments across multiple care settings
- Community referral coordination
- Collaboration with PACE team members
Additional Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Colorado NP license
- Board Certified
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- DEA
- ACLS
- CV in MM/YYYY format with all work and education gaps explained
