Job Description
HOLZER GALLIPOLIS IS LOOKING FOR AN APP NOCTURNIST
1099- $85/hr
W2- $75/hr
W2 positions offer:
Health/Dental/Vision (w/HSA)
$250k group life policy
401k w/company contribution
$1500 CME
- EMR- Paragon (All Scripts)
- Daily census 45-50
- Nightly admissions- varies low Avg 7 - during peak season we may see 10-12
- Physician shifts- 7a-7p (single) and 7p-7a (single)
- APP shifts- 7p-7a
- Number of ICU beds- 12
- Specialty Coverages- Cardiology (low acuity) Cath lab (interventional), OB, Ortho, Urology (occasionally), nephrology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Oncology, Surgery
- 48 hour a day physician/46 hour a day mid-level coverage
1099- $85/hr
W2- $75/hr

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in hospital medicine inpatient/hospital - (12 months/2,000 hours) - REQUIRED
Board Certified or Truly BE - REQUIRED- FP or IM
OH License - REQUIRED
Procedures - Preferred - not required
Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - REQUIRED
