A Hospitalist Group in Mesa, AZ is searching for a Nurse Practitioner to help our team. Through quality patient care you will make a lasting impact on daily lives!

Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans for hospitalized patients.
- Coordinating and providing care for patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring effective communication with patients and their families.
- Documenting patient information accurately, maintaining medical records, and participating in clinical leadership activities and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active AZ license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
