Job Description
Nurse Practitioner needed in Alaska for Pediatric Hospitalist coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and AK state license. Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm and a call requirement. Will see around 16 patients per day and patient population is pediatrics. Inpatient rounding - nursery, medsurg and consults with ED /OB. Must have be comfortable with NRP with proficiency in leading codes, PALS, STABLE, experience in intubation, UVC or IO placement. Will occasionally work in the clinic solo, inpatient consult with ED, OBGYN, rounding on hospitalized patients. Will attend high-risk deliveries.
