Job Description
Position Overview:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
- Provide patient education and preventive care
- Work independently or collaboratively within a care team
- EMR: EPIC
Job Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) in the appropriate specialty
- Active, unrestricted state NP license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
- Excellent clinical judgment and ability to provide patient-centered care across diverse populations
