Job Description
- Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8a- 5p; 4, 8 hour days.
- Setting: Clinic
- Type of cases: Annual Wellness Visit (AWV), physicals, chronic conditions, acutes for a panel of about 600. They could also see acutes of the other medical staff
- We have 20-minute appointments and 40-minute appointments.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 Days.
- Must be board certified and have an active license.
