- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days
- ACLS and BLS needed and ideally looking for local candidates with no flight costs
- Candidate w/ clean malpractice required & at least 1 year of wound care experience highly preferred
- Have successfully completed an approved UHMS / NBDHMT Wound Care & HBOT Course (40 hrs CME Credits)
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
