Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient consultations, follow-ups, and routine evaluations
- Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, including weight loss, peptide therapy, testosterone injections (T-shots), and hormone/sexual wellness therapies
- Educate patients on treatment options and confidently convert consultations into paid care plans
- Build strong patient relationships through professional and engaging communication
- Ensure timely patient follow-up and adherence to care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
- Work independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois
- Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable discussing sexual health, hormone therapy, and wellness treatments
- Experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, or wellness medicine is a plus
