Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct primarily follow-up and medication management visits
- Manage established patients focused on men’s and women’s hormonal health
- Provide and adjust hormone therapies, including TRT, weight loss, and peptides
- Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:
- Active Texas Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Experience in a functional or integrative medicine clinic focused on men’s and women’s health
- Experience with hormone therapy, TRT, weight loss, and peptides strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
