Introduction:
We are seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team near Chattanooga, TN. This role focuses on patient rounding and comprehensive direct patient care, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and developing individualized treatment plans to support positive health outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient rounds and provide direct care
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies according to state and federal regulations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology

Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee or Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
