Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care with a focus on sexual health, STDs, and infectious diseases. This role involves patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and manage health conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic testing to guide clinical decisions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical guidelines
Provide patient education on sexual health, STD prevention, and infectious diseases
Address sexual dysfunction concerns, including ED, with appropriate treatment strategies
Perform minor in-office procedures as needed
Utilize electronic health records to document patient care accurately
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
Active Nurse Practitioner certification and valid Florida NP license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
Experience in sexual health, STD care, and infectious diseases
Proficiency in electronic health records
Commitment to culturally competent care and working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ patients
Open and affirming approach to LGBTQ+ community
