Job Description
Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for May 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, & 20 at their Corporate Health clinic in St. Augustine, FL. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, triage and first aid/treatment for workplace injuries, physicals, and wellness services. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care to qualify for this position. This client also requires fingerprinting.
