Our wellness clinic in Nashville, TN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered wellness and hormone replacement therapy services in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position offers a flexible full-time schedule with opportunities for professional growth and performance-based incentives.

Flexible 5-day work schedule with some weekend availability
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Competitive base salary of $100,000 plus productivity bonuses (DOE)
Malpractice coverage with flexible tail coverage options

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive wellness and preventative care services
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving hormone replacement therapy
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines
Conduct patient consultations and follow-up care to monitor outcomes
Educate patients on wellness strategies, treatment options, and ongoing care plans
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) required
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
