Overview:
Our outpatient Internal Medicine practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a primary care setting. This role emphasizes continuity of care, preventive health, and chronic disease management in a low-volume, well-supported environment. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a structured clinical setting.

Position Offers:

Monday–Friday schedule
No nights or weekends
Competitive compensation $100,000–$133,000 per year (DOE)
Productivity bonus opportunities
CME allowance ($1,000)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic internal medicine conditions
Provide ongoing chronic disease management for adult patients
Conduct annual wellness exams and preventive health screenings
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Support continuity of care across outpatient services

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico
Minimum 3 years of primary care or internal medicine experience
Experience managing adult patient populations in outpatient settings
Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice approach
