Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Nashville, TN

Overview:
Our surgical center in Nashville is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative and patient-focused clinical team. Our role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a supportive surgical environment. Our position supports professional growth while maintaining strong work–life balance.

Position Offers:
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
• Competitive salary of $120,000–$130,000 (DOE) plus bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient evaluations and comprehensive clinical assessments
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
• Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate patient care across specialties and services
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the care team

Qualifications:
• Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Clinical experience in surgical or related healthcare settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with electronic medical documentation systems preferred
