Overview:
Our primary care clinic in Saginaw is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient/inpatient mix role focused on chronic disease management, internal medicine, and a variety of primary care visits. New graduates and experienced NPs are both encouraged to apply, with strong support staff and the potential for future cross-training into our Wound Clinic.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including chronic disease management, internal medicine, sick visits, well visits, and medication adjustment visits
• Perform patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions across an outpatient/inpatient mix
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Support continuity of care through follow-up visits and care coordination

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan or ability to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach to care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Eager to learn, with interest in expanding into specialty areas such as wound care a plus
