Overview:
Our well-established men's health practice near Napa is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver genuinely patient-centered, comprehensive care focused on male sexual, reproductive, and general wellness. New grads and experienced providers alike are encouraged to apply, with full training provided and the opportunity to shape long-term health outcomes for a diverse male patient population as Clinic Director.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Friday
• Competitive hourly pay: $90–95 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, performance medicine, and sexual health
• Serve as Clinic Director, supporting clinical standards, continuity of care, daily clinic operations, and the patient experience in a concierge, cash-pay setting
• Perform advanced clinical assessments, including detailed histories and focused physical examinations tailored to men's health
• Diagnose and manage male sexual and reproductive health conditions using evidence-based protocols, with clear patient education and counseling on treatment options
• Prescribe, initiate, and adjust pharmacologic therapies for men's health and chronic disease management within California scope-of-practice laws
• Order, perform, and interpret men's health–related diagnostic tests and screenings (e.g., hormone panels, cardiovascular risk assessments), documenting all encounters in the EHR
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia in alignment with current clinical guidelines
• Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in California
• Experience in hormone therapy, wellness, or men's health preferred but not required; full training provided
• Comfortable recommending treatment plans independently
