SPECIALTY: Neonatal- NP
LOCATION: New York, NY
JOB TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract

DESCRIPTION:
· ALL NIGHT SHIFTS 12-shifts fulltime, 6-shifts part-time| SHIFTS- 7pm- 8:30am
· 10-15 patients per night, day 8-13 patients
· Daily Responsibilities: Day: admissions, management of patients, case management through discharge, delivery room coverage. Night: admissions, delivery rooms, case management, and assisting physicians with admissions, orders, procedures
· EMR: EPIC
REQUIRED:
· NY state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· Experience- In Level 3 to 4 NICU and has had at least 2 years of experience in neonate
· Certification- NCC and Masters Degree required, BLS, PALS and NRP
· Procedures Required/Preferred: intubations, umbilical lines, pic lines, arterial sticks with lumbar punctures, chest tubes, fluid management, exchange transfusions - rare, venial puncture and IV - rare
· EMR: EPIC
