High-Impact Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – OKC Metro
The Opportunity
A premier neonatal healthcare group is seeking a dedicated, full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative team providing specialized care across four Level II NICUs in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. This role is designed for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment while valuing a schedule that prioritizes significant time off for a healthy work-life balance.
The Role
Working alongside expert Neonatologists, you will manage neonatal and newborn care within a network of local Level II facilities.
  • Balanced Schedule: Work just 12 shifts per month, providing approximately 18 days off each month.
  • Shift Structure: A flexible combination of 12-hour shifts and 24-hour shifts (both in-house and on-call).
  • On-Call: Remote on-call availability required during off-shift periods.
  • Bonus Coverage: Optional 4-hour shifts are available for those interested in additional newborn nursery coverage.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Certification: Current APRN National Specialty Certification in Neonatal Care.
  • Licensure: Active Oklahoma APRN license (or eligibility/willingness to obtain).
  • Experience: Open to experienced NNPs; New Fellows are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Location: This is a permanent, full-time role requiring residency in the immediate Oklahoma City area. Relocation assistance may be discussed.
