Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage in Panama City, Florida (FL). Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Details:

• Level Three Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 28 beds

• Twenty-four hour in-house shift coverage

• Average daily census of 19 with approximately 2,700 deliveries per year

• Responsibilities include rounding, acute Neonatal Intensive Care Unit management, delivery attendance, and procedures based on experience

• Collaborative team environment with Neonatologist support

• Full subspecialty support and dedicated neonatal transport team

• Ongoing per diem coverage with immediate and continuous scheduling needs

Requirements:

• Active Florida license

• National Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification required

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required

• Clean background and malpractice history required

• Must be clinically active within the past year

• National Practitioner Data Bank self-query required

• Curriculum Vitae must include full work history with no gaps
