Nurse Practitioner - Neurology

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Neurology practice near Coachella, CA. This position offers hands-on training and strong clinical support, making it an excellent opportunity for both experienced NPs and new graduates.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess health conditions and provide appropriate treatment plans
- Perform patient follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and management of chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in EMR system
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Support patient-centered care with culturally sensitive communication

Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
- New graduates welcome; hands-on training provided
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered and culturally sensitive care
