Job Description
NEUROLOGY PHYSYCIAN ASSISTANT OR NP SOUTHWEST OREGON
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Neurology team in Southwest Oregon. The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care services to established Neurology patients which includes assessment, diagnosis, development of treatment plans, implementation of treatment, and follow up. Additional responsibilities will depend on level of experience.
We are offering:
- Base salary of $120,000 per year
- Annual performance incentives of up to $10,000 starting in year 2
- $10,000 - $20,000 signing bonus DOE
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- 30 days of time off per year
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Provider is required. Neurology environment experience is preferred but not required.
