The provider must have Urgent Care and Occ Med some experience or be comfortable with procedures such as I & D’s, biopsies, mole removal, and suturing
1 year experience needed
Credentialing in a few days and includes a Background Check and Drug Test
REQUIREMENTS:
OH Active State License
DEA
BLS
DOT Certification
