The Family/Occ Medicine Role:

FNP/PA

9/8 - 10, and 10/12 to 11/30/2026

M,T, W, Th 7am to 4:30pm

Ages 2 and up

Onsite dispensing - Yes

Home Med participation - Yes

Occupational Health services - Yes

Workers' Compensation services - Yes

Health center staffing model - One Provider / One MA/Xray Technician

Any additional skills, licensure, certification, or provider requirements - DOT Certified

Requirements of the role:

• MN state license; active, unrestricted with dispensing
• Board certified
• Certifications- BLS
• 2 years of experience
• DOT Certification
