Shift: M, Th, Fri 8:30am to 5pm; Tues, Th, 10am to 7pm
Must be DOT Certified
Shift Days: Mon-Fri
Cambridge City, IN
Need: NP
When: May 15, 16, 17, 19, 22, 26
Shift times: Monday - 8am -5 pm Tuesday - 8am - 4pm Wednesday - 8 am - 6pm Friday - 7am - 4pm
Duties: Primary care and chronic disease management. Some light occupational health
DOT physicals (must be certified)
Cambridge is 1 hour East of Indianapolis
Primary care services, biometrics, light occupational health. Hours, closed for hour lunch each day.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Urgent Care or Occ Med is a plus
BLS and/or ACLS required
IN Active State License
DOT Certification
