Job Description
Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Med
Contract Length: Temp until perm hired
Shift Details: 8a-5p (with a one hour lunch, no OT)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Details:
· Support staff: Solo coverage, no support staff
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
· Patients per day: 10-20, likely no more than 10
· Patient population/age: adults only
· Department description: Archive aims to help people flourish by meeting our most important mental and physical needs. We run onsite healthcare clinics across multiple US states, and have expanded into Mexico, working with a range of healthcare providers: nurses and nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, doctors, nutritionists, and physical therapists.
· EMR: Healthie
· Hospital bed size: 330 people in the factory of our client.
· Skills required: Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. As well as urgent care, prescriptions, and wellness, a focus will be on improving EHS standards. The role will involve collaborating with other health professionals, such as remote mental health therapists and potentially, visiting EHS experts.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Must be board certified
· License required: Must be licensed in the state of CA. Must have a clean license with no malpractice reports
· DEA: Must have DEA
· CSR: N/A
· Certifications preferred: BLS and CPR certification preferred
· Minimum experience required: 1 yr
