Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Medicine (DOT Physicals)
Target Start Date: February 2, 2026
Contract Length: Short-term PRN assignment (2 confirmed dates) (potential ongoing need)
Openings: 1 Nurse Practitioner
Schedule
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (no call)**
Shift Structure:
Day shifts on the following confirmed dates:
Monday, February 2, 2026 — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Wednesday, February 4, 2026 — 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Additional Notes:
Expected patient volume: 7–15 DOT physicals on Monday; slightly fewer on Wednesday
DOT physicals must be completed using the clinic’s software (approx. 30-minute training)
Provider must already have credentialing on file with the agency
PRN/per-diem style assignment
EMR: Not specified
Supervision Model: Independent practice within a mobile occupational medicine clinic
Practice Details
Setting: Mobile occupational medicine clinic (outpatient)
Patient Population: Adult commercial drivers
Service Focus: DOT physical examinations
Environment: Mobile clinic unit
Case Mix Includes:
DOT physicals only
No procedures outside DOT exam scope
Procedural Requirements:
Must be certified to perform DOT physicals
NRCME certification required
Ability to work independently in a mobile clinic environment
Support:
Standard mobile clinic support staff
Training provided for required documentation software
Requirements
Nurse Practitioner (any NP specialty accepted)
Active state license
NRCME certification required
Prior DOT physical experience preferred
Must have prior credentialing with the agency
Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting
