Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting September 28-November 6 at their Corporate Health/Occupational Medicine clinic in Sunnyvale, CA. Provider will evaluate and treat occupational injuries in adult patients which might include strains/sprains, fractures, eye injuries, musculoskeletal disorders and various illnesses, handle medical surveillance, DOT physicals, and acute episodic and preventive care. Primary Care Experience is required, and Occupational Medicine and/or Urgent Care experience is preferred/helpful. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Client can consider a 3-day work week if needed. Client uses Epic & OHM EMR systems - candidates with experience in these systems are preferred.
