Overview:
Our orthopedic practice in Prescott Valley is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to play a hands-on role in musculoskeletal care, working side-by-side with collaborating surgeons across the full continuum of patient care. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule within a collaborative, surgically focused team. New grads and experienced NPs alike are welcome to apply.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive salary: $145,000–160,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits, including comprehensive orthopedic assessments and detailed musculoskeletal exams
• Perform office-based procedures, including orthopedic injections
• Evaluate patients pre- and postoperatively, conduct post-op visits, monitor recovery, and adjust care plans as needed
• Develop and implement individualized orthopedic treatment plans in collaboration with surgeons
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab tests to guide clinical decisions
• Manage orthopedic pain using evidence-based pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment, and rehabilitation expectations
• Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and the care team, including limited hospital rounding, and document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications:

• Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in Arizona
• Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work independently
• Orthopedic injections experience preferred
• Ties to the Prescott Valley area preferred
