Job Description
Asante is seeking two Nurse Practitioners to join our Coumadin Clinic team in beautiful Medford, Oregon. Working with 3 other Nurse Practitioners, the Coumadin NP will be doing anticoagulation assessments for patients taking Coumadin or Warfarin, including education and/or treatment for acute and chronic health problems as well as preventative care. - Base hourly rate of $60.60
