Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

This is an opportunity to join physicians and other advanced practitioners in an established, respected and growing non-operative pain management practice. The practice does not manage opiates or narcotic medications. It is recognized for utilizing innovative treatments and procedures to primarily treat chronic spine and neuropathic pain syndromes. Physicians, Advanced Practitioners and staff work closely with patients and their referring physicians, to diagnose and develop effective, evidence based treatment plans that improve lives without narcotics or invasive surgery. Here you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to patient centered care and life- changing outcomes.

  • 3 days/ 30 hours per week
  • Outpatient clinical practice.
  • 16 patients per day maximum.
  • Dedicated Medical Assistant
  • Very light call, by phone. shared with other providers
  • Providers rotate equally to second satellite clinic nearby, 2-3 times per month
  • Opportunity to participate in active research programs, if interested
  • Excellent salary based on experience, medical, dental, 401K, vacation, sick leave. CME time and funding.
  • Experience a plus (primary care, urgent or emergency medicine, pain management, orthopedic spine, neurosurgery).
  • New graduates with interest, relevant training, excellent communication skills and patient/ staff rapport may be considered.
  • Robust training with engaged mentors.

This practice is located in Newberg, Oregon, 24 miles south of Portland. This community is in the heart of Oregon Wine Country.
