Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management
Location: West Haven, CT
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 (DOE)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management team in West Haven, CT. The ideal candidate will manage medications and perform select medical procedures for patients with pain-related conditions, following thorough screening protocols. New graduates are welcome, as full training is provided.

Schedule Options:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Duties:

- Conduct certain medical procedures as required
- Engage in a thorough screening process prior to prescribing medications

Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Connecticut
- Specialization or experience in pain management is preferred
