Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Perform interventional pain procedures including injections and infusions
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits
- Manage drug screening appointments
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and best practices

Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interventional pain management
- Strong clinical and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
