Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Provide interventional pain treatments, including injections and infusions
Manage follow-up visits and monitor patient progress
Perform and review drug screening as part of treatment protocols
Educate patients on treatment options and pain management strategies
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and care team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Texas
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interventional pain management
Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
Ability to manage patient care independently
Excellent communication and patient education skills
