Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an NP or Physician to join our highly trained Integrative healthcare team. We offer Chronic Pain Management with a holistic approach as well as Suboxone Maintenance program that focuses on individualized treatment. You will provide medical management and sensitivity to issues of chronic illness for established chronic pain patients. Practitioner will be responsible for thorough assessment & documentation, making sure patients follow their treatment plans, including compliance with tests and other treatment recommendations, update patient records and verify records for accuracy at each patient appointment. Consults with physician, clinical therapist, pharmacists, other specialists and insurance specialists as needed and refers to physicians for more complicated medical cases. Perform other duties as assigned. Candidate hired must have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Pain Management experience not necessary; we are willing to train the right motivated candidate. Opportunity to obtain Suboxone certification.

  • Active DEA and prescriptive authority required.
  • Preferred 3 years experience as advanced practice nurse, but will consider lesser clinical experience.
  • Part-time Schedule: Monday 8a-12p, Tuesday 8a-12p, Wednesday 8a-6p, Thursday 8a-12p, based off of office needs.
  • No holiday, weekend or call hours.
  • Competitive Rate.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

To keep our office and clinical staff safe, we have installed barriers at points of direct patient contact. Face masks are required at all times. Hand washing and gel available to all. We maintain 1 patient in the office at a time.
