Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Inpatient Rehabilitation (Locum Opportunity)

📍 New Jersey | 🕒 Full-Time | MondayFriday, 8AM5PM

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) with a strong background in acute inpatient care to join a leading pediatric rehabilitation program on a locum tenens basis starting in August with ongoing potential.

In this role, youll provide care for patients from newborns to young adults (up to age 21) in a collaborative inpatient setting. Experience in Pediatrics, Pediatric ICU, or Neonatal ICU is preferred. Youll be working alongside a seasoned team of APPs and Physicians, providing high-quality care in an acute rehab environment.

Key Details:

• Setting: Inpatient Pediatric Acute Rehabilitation
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Call: Yes
• Patient Load: Up to 20 patients per day
• Support Staff: Full interdisciplinary support including fellow APPs and physicians
• EMR: EPIC
• Start Date: August (ongoing locum need)

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
• Active license in New Jersey (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical experience in pediatric inpatient or critical care settings
