Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Sick and Well Visits
- Manage Chronic and Acute Conditions
- Administer Immunizations
- Perform Physical Examinations

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Valid State License for New York
- Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
