Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our expanding pediatric practice. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive outpatient pediatric care while working alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary clinical team committed to excellent outcomes and continuity of care.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible scheduling options:
- 4 ten-hour shifts (4x10)
- 5 eight-hour shifts (5x8)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary: $140,000–$155,000 (DOE)
- Comprehensive benefits package, including:

- $2,000 CME allowance
- Licensing fees and DEA coverage

Qualifications:
- Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual skills strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including:
- Well-child visits
- Sick visits
- Immunizations
- Medication management
- Conduct newborn visits and provide follow-up care
- Participate in rotating hospital rounds, performing morning rounds on normal newborns
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans
- Deliver respectful, culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population
