Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and adolescents in a collaborative clinical setting. This role includes well-child visits, acute and chronic condition management, immunizations, and family education. The ideal candidate will work closely with the care team to support comprehensive pediatric services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct well-child exams and monitor growth and development
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Provide sick visits and treat common childhood illnesses
Administer immunizations and educate families on vaccination schedules
Perform sports physicals and assess fitness for activities
Treat minor injuries and coordinate follow-up care
Collaborate with pediatricians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
Educate patients and families on preventive health and wellness

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification
2 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
